Current uniform
I don't know about you, but I love a long line dress over jeans. The jeans have got to be slimmer in the leg though, or else we all run the risk of looking like a little square! (trust me, tried and tested). The rule is: boxy up top, slim down low.
I'm wearing my trusty, goes-everywhere-with-me & Other Stories jacket over one my my new favourite pieces from Topshop Boutique. It's a gingham dress with exaggerated cuffs and a little neck tie. I've worn it with over the knee boots too, and it looks flipping great either way. As I said, I try to keep to my rule when layering, so I've got some vintage 501's on that I had tapered to make them a little bit more fitted.
Next up, the boots. Ahh the boots. They may be the best black boot I own. They're just the right height in heel and proportion to where they come up to on my leg. They're by Dear Frances and they're worth every penny. Shockingly, I'm wearing my Loewe hammock which has been my best investment piece ever.
