Dressing for a Spring evening
Silky skirts are flipping lovely aren’t they? This one by Joseph is so beautiful, and the colour, although fairly dark for Spring, works really well for a relaxed evening look when worn with a t-shirt. It's at the higher end of the price point but it's the best fitting, most flattering one I've tried.
I talked about how dressing for me, my Tomboy self, in a way that makes me feel sexy is really important and this skirt makes me feel great. I’m still casual on the top, and accessories are key here to make it feel a little more dressed up.
I love getting ready for a night out when I’m away, it’s always so effortless because who wants to use a hairdryer in the heat? And who wants a face full of make-up in 80% humidity? No thank you. That freshly washed, moisturised feeling and when you start to notice a few freckles by your nose from the days sunshine, I just love it so much.
Last night we headed out to an open front restaurant opposite Miami beach for dinner and it was perfect. Overlooking the water, and really relaxed.
