Layering lessons with Topshop
I absolutely loved shooting this look for you last week. Topshop are up there on my most frequently visited and worn on the high street list and I'm very lucky to be able to work with them. I've shopped with them since I was old enough to have pocket money! Who knew!
You know me, forever dressed down, and this look is no different. Versatility is key when choosing an outfit that's going to make your part with your hard earned cash. I've had this silk shirt for a couple of months now, and it's literally worn at least once per week- it comes in light blue too, and that's next on my hit list. Whether you're dressing for work or heading out with friends at the weekend, this shirt has got you covered. I've used it as a layer for this look to bring a little bit of a relaxed feel to it. Underneath I've got this incredible sheer polka dot layer from the Boutique range, which as you already know, has my heart! Whether you've got boobs or not, I think this can work as long as you're wearing the right bra underneath. I can only vouch for smaller boobs at this point, for obvious reasons, but I always go for a soft triangle bra either with or without lace.
Moving on to my bottom half where I'm currently living in these 'Boy' Boutique jeans. I absolutely love the way these fit me. They have a twisted seam on the inside leg too, so you can see it at the front of the jeans leg. The wash is a perfect light vintage blue which is so easy to pair with, well, everything. Denim always brings a look down to a more comfortable level for me, even on a night out. They fit absolutely true to size, too.
