Days in paradise: Les Roches Rouges

I have just returned home from one of the most wonderful, relaxing, and understated luxurious trips I've ever been lucky enough to be invited on. I wanted to share it with you because, like me, I know you guys are in your 20's and 30's, and this trip is something you need to know about if you're looking for a rest from your hectic lives in a cool 5* setting. Les Roches Rouges has been open for a matter of weeks now and it's already getting fully booked. I think that speaks for itself right?

Set on a Mediterranean beach with ocean stretched out as far as the eye can see, you'll feel like you're living on the water. The hotel boasts a seawater pool too, which is of course, an infinity pool too. I lay out feeling the most relaxed I've felt in such a long time. There's no urgency here, just peace and something beautifully inspiring to look at from every angle.

The thing, for me, that sets this hotel apart, is the offer of activities that bring us closer to nature. I'm so guilty of getting sucking into my city life, and I forget there's life outside the Underground in London. Here, there's the opportunity to practise outdoor yoga, go paddle boarding in the ocean, and cooking classes where you'll use only the finest produce.

Les Roches Rouges has two restaurants, so if you don't wish to leave during your time here, you don't have to! A typically French menu offering only the freshest of ingredients.

The design ideas that have been realised at Les Roches Rouges are just so spot on that I'm struggling to communicate it to you. The images will do the talking here, but it's basically what I'm striving for in my own home. The rooms are simple, rustic and incredibly perfect! Le Labo products fill the shower, so I spent my time here smelling like a Riviera dream.

I'd say you'd have to book a fair way in advance to avoid disappointment! Room rates start from approx £284 per night based on two people sharing.
